How to write a test for an error message in an iOS app
Apple is planning to change how the iOS developer tools work to help iOS users write better test code.
The company has been working on a “system for testing and diagnostics” since the introduction of iOS 10.
This new feature will allow developers to test new features on a large, stable set of devices without the need for developers to build the code for each device separately.”iOS is one of the most popular mobile operating systems and developers have long wanted to be able to test and diagnose new features and performance improvements,” Apple’s Phil Schiller said in a statement.
“We are proud to introduce a new suite of iOS developers tools for testing new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
With this new suite, we will be able deliver better quality testing, better code quality, and faster iteration on new features.”
A developer can use the new tools to test any iOS version and can now use the “Code Coverage” tab to filter tests by feature or version.
To test new APIs, developers can now test them on the device in question, or they can create tests for any version of iOS.
In the “System for Testing and Diagnostics” section of the iOS Developer Tools, users can choose to test iOS version 9.4.2, 9.3.3, 9
