‘Equal opportunity’: Ontario’s EELTS exam has the lowest test score among Ontario universities
By CBC News | December 8, 2017 9:04:45A new provincial exam for universities is the lowest score among the five provinces in Ontario, with an average score of 15.2.
The test is administered by the Ontario Higher Education Coordination Council and was announced last week.
It has the same test questions as Ontario’s undergraduate entrance exam, and it has the highest pass rate, which measures the number of times a student passes a test.
However, the test also has a higher score for a few reasons.
It requires a lot of information and has more questions than most other exams, such as a test in computer science, or in an area that requires more preparation.
Ontario universities are still the only province in Canada where the exam is administered as a separate test from the provincial exam.
This means it can be used for students with special needs, or students with learning disabilities.
The exam is only offered at colleges and universities.
The new exam will be available in the fall, and students are advised to apply by early January.
It’s not a test for all students, but the test is a good indicator of how well students are performing in high school and college.
University officials say it’s a good indication that students are prepared to learn.
Ontario University is offering its EELT for free to students who have attended four-year colleges or universities.
Students can take the test as soon as they graduate from their first degree or a four-credit program.
It takes about four hours to complete.
The government says the average test score for Ontario students in 2021 is 17.6, the lowest among all provinces.
Ontario’s higher education board has said the EELTs have the lowest pass rate among Ontario’s four provincial universities.
Ontario is home to more than 100 universities, but it’s not unusual for the provinces to have different exam scores.
Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia have the highest average scores in Ontario.
But in some cases, the province’s scores are so low that the scores aren’t as good as Ontario.
The province’s ECLS test is the only one of its kind in Canada, and the provincial exams are administered by universities.
It is not mandatory to take the ECLT, but some universities say it helps students with disabilities.
In 2017, a federal report found that the ELEC test scores were not improving as the province tried to improve its test scores.
It found that more students were taking the test because of the federal government’s policy to offer free EELts for students who attend a public university.
Ontario has one of the highest rates of students with cognitive disabilities in Canada.
The Ontario Disability Support Program says the number is about two per cent of the student body.
Ontario also has more students with developmental disabilities, such the ones who have developmental delays or learning disabilities, than any other province.
The federal government says it wants to see more students taking the EELS, but that doesn’t mean it wants them to do it free.
The provincial government says there are no plans to do anything like that.
Ontario Education Minister Liz Sandals said she’s heard the concerns about the test.
She said the province wants to be a leader in this space and is working to make sure we are leading the way.
We are always looking for ways to make it easier and more accessible for people with disabilities to take these exams.
